1Professional Plan Cap
Due to processing constraints, Pro plans are limited to 500 total eSignatures per month, including any purchased packs. If you consistently exceed this amount, upgrade to Enterprise to unlock higher monthly capacity and discounted eSign rates.
2What Counts as an eSignature Request?
Each time you initiate a document for signature via our integration (an API call to BoldSign), it counts as one eSignature request, even if multiple signers are required on that document.
3One‑Time Purchase & 12‑Month Validity
Each pack is a one-time buy, expiring 12 months after purchase. You can spread out your usage however you like within that time, ensuring you don’t pay for more than you actually need.
4No Refunds or Transfers
Prepaid credits cannot be transferred between accounts or refunded for partial usage. Please plan accordingly to get the most value from your eSignature packs.
5Auto‑Notification
We’ll notify you when you’re approaching your monthly included eSign limit, so you can decide whether to purchase a pack or upgrade without disrupting your workflow.
