Important Notes & Usage Constraints
1Can I purchase multiple packs?
Yes! During checkout, you can adjust the quantity and select multiple Packs to cover your required eSignature requests. Each pack is a one-time purchase, valid for 12 months, and stacks on top of any others in your account.
2What Counts as an eSignature Request?
Any time you initiate a new document for signing - regardless of the number of signers - that process triggers one eSignature request. So, a single document with multiple signers still counts as one request, because it’s one API call to our eSignature provider BoldSign.
3How long do these Packs last?
All prepaid eSignature Packs are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. That means you can spread out your usage at your own pace. Once the 12 months are up, any unused credits will automatically expire.
4Can I refund or transfer unused credits?
No. Unused credits cannot be refunded (partial or otherwise) and cannot be transferred between accounts. We recommend choosing a pack size that best matches your projected signing volume.
5How will I know when I’m close to running out?
We’ll notify you via email and in-app when you’re approaching your monthly included eSignature limit. This gives you time to purchase a new pack (or multiple packs) so that your workflows continue without interruption.
